Laure Le Calvé

Laure Le Calvé has been leveraging her expertise as a lawyer in life sciences and health compliance for over twenty years to assist stakeholders in the sector: pharmaceutical laboratories, medical device manufacturers and other health products, healthcare providers, health professionals, and professional unions.

She addresses all strategic issues in the field: product regulation (medications, MD, DMDIV, DMN, DADFMS, etc.), market launch and promotion, health research, anti-corruption measures, laws governing benefits and transparency.

She also defends pharmaceutical laboratories and manufacturers in legal disputes regarding product liability, the criminal liability of health product manufacturers, and sensitive ethics and compliance matters.

With privileged relationships established with foreign colleagues specialized in the health sector, she has proven capability to manage international projects, whether to handle health regulatory aspects in Due Diligence (VDD or acquisitions) or to propose legal and operational solutions that adapt international projects to the requirements of French regulation.

Laure Le Calvé regularly participates in working groups of professional unions and speaks as a guest, in France and abroad.

Chloé Tallec

Holder of a Master 2 in tort law and a DIU in medicine on cranial trauma, Chloé Tallec was trained at the prestigious firm Arcadio & Associés, specialists in compensation for damages.

During her internship at the school of lawyers, she participated in the creation of a legal tech for legal practitioners.

A lawyer since 2023, Chloé Tallec has developed her expertise in civil liability, medical liability, and disciplinary litigation.

Joining the LCH firm in 2026, Chloé Tallec applies her practice and mastery of compensation mechanisms for bodily harm to liability disputes stemming from defective products, assisting clients in all phases of the procedure – amicable or contentious – as well as during expert operations and before the Conciliation and Compensation Commissions (CCI).

Dedicated to litigation, she supports healthcare actors with rigor, commitment, and conviction.

Fully fluent in English, she works with both French and international clients.

Laure Le Calvé, along with three other lawyers, created Lex Santé Hub, a network of lawyers dedicated to the healthcare sector, to support healthcare professionals, organizations, industry, and investors. Each of the four lawyers in this network is an expert in her field, and all advise and defend those working for health.

LCH has developed close relationships with foreign law firms, all active in the life sciences field, and is particularly proud to be an active member, since its creation 20 years ago, of a network of European firms specialized in life sciences, with which it maintains strong and long-standing ties in Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Spain, and Greece.
