Created by Laure Le Calvé, the firm LCH (Law Compliance Health) has quickly become a reference in compliance in healthcare, regarding the anti-gift law, transparency, the MedTech Code, the DDP of LEEM, and the regulation of benefits.
At the same time, LCH has developed a leading expertise in all regulations related to health products.

We rely on two networks of lawyers, the first at the French level (Lex Santé Hub) which allows us to address any issue involving healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions as well as all questions regarding health data, and the second at the European level (Alliance of European Life Sciences Law Firms ) which allows us to address all questions in the health field concerning these European jurisdictions.
