Laure Le Calvé

For more than twenty years, Laure Le Calvé has been providing her expertise as a lawyer specialising in life sciences law and healthcare compliance to stakeholders in the sector: pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers and other health product companies, healthcare service providers, healthcare professionals and professional organisations.
She advises on a wide range of strategic issues in the sector: health product regulation (medicinal products, medical devices, in vitro diagnostic medical devices, digital medical devices, FSMPs, etc.), market access and promotion, health research, anti-corruption compliance programmes, the French Anti-Gift Law and transparency requirements.
She also represents pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers in product liability disputes, criminal liability matters involving health product manufacturers, and sensitive ethics and compliance cases.
Drawing on close relationships with foreign lawyers specialising in the healthcare sector, she has extensive experience in managing international projects, whether addressing healthcare regulatory aspects of due diligence processes (venture capital or acquisitions) or developing legal and operational solutions to adapt international projects to French regulatory requirements.
Laure Le Calvé regularly participates in working groups organised by professional organisations and speaks at conferences in France and abroad.

Chloé Tallec

Holding a Master’s degree in Personal Injury Law and a university diploma (DIU) in Medicine specialising in head trauma, Chloé Tallec trained at the renowned law firm Arcadio & Associés, which specialises in compensation for personal injury.
During her training at law school, she contributed to the creation of a legaltech solution for legal practitioners.
A lawyer since 2023, Chloé Tallec has developed expertise in civil liability, medical liability and disciplinary proceedings.
She joined LCH in 2026, bringing her experience and expertise in personal injury compensation mechanisms to product liability disputes. She assists clients throughout all stages of proceedings, whether amicable or contentious, as well as during expert assessments and before the French Conciliation and Compensation Commissions (CCI).
Committed to advocacy, she assists healthcare stakeholders with rigour, dedication and conviction.
Fluent in English, she advises both French and international clients.
