\/>\u27a1\ufe0f This new Code strengthens the pharmacist\u2019s role as a public health professional working closely with patients. <br \/><br \/>\u27a1\ufe0f The provisions concerning the protection of victims of violence and professional confidentiality highlight the importance placed on the ethical and social dimension of the profession.<br \/><br \/>\u27a1\ufe0f The provisions concerning the advertising of products sold in pharmacies must now be taken into account in relations between suppliers and pharmacies. <br \/><br \/>Published today in the French Official Journal: Decree No. 2026-156 of 3 March 2026 amending the Code of Ethics for Pharmacists and other provisions of the French Public Health Code.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a
